The Izdihar (literally translated as prosperity) Group of unemployed postgraduates was created on February 24, 2011 in Rabat, Morocco. The group works as an independent framework and do not adhere to any political parties, trade unions; human rights foundations or associative organizations. It consists of 113 holders of high diplomas such as PhD and Master Degrees as well as a number of postgraduates from the most prestigious schools in Morocco in various disciplines such as engineering, computer engineering, business and translation. The group aims to its legitimate right to direct and comprehensive integration in the public service. To achieve its goals, it uses legitimate means such as dialogues with the authorities and various forms of struggle.
